We have an excellent reputation in the Wilson County area as to which local builders and Realtors refer their customers to us to install and service their home electronics in the new homes they purchase. If you now own a home theater purchased from a big box store or an overpriced installer that worked out of his home who is no longer in the business or don't want to service the system they put in without selling you thousands of dollars of additional Electronics we can help you out with that as well. Custom installers that work out of their homes charge exorbitant prices on ridiculously expensive electronics that are price protected by the manufacturers. They do this because they may do one or two jobs a month so they have to make every job count and they see small jobs such as service as not worth their time and effort, in other words they don't care about customer service, unless they can make thousands of dollars doing so.

Unfortunately, the big box stores aren't concerned with service either. With them you get inexperienced techs for high-end professional prices, who in the end still try to upsell you thousands of dollars more for new equipment. We're glad to sell you those same high-end systems at the same high-end prices, but again at the end of the day that is likely not what you have to do to get the results you desire.
